Bowling and Putting Green opening times

Opening Times for 2025 season.

In May and June, the greens are open when in use by bowling club members and as follows. 

Bowling Green

Open club sessions, visitors and new members welcome:

Sunday 2pm-4pm

Monday 2pm-4pm & 6pm-8pm

Friday 2pm-4pm

Club also open most days during July & August 11.00 -17.00 for visitors, subject to availability of volunteers.

Putting Green

The Putting Green at the same times as the Bowling Green is open to visitors as detailed above.

Outwith these times putters and balls may be borrowed from the Museum.

Access for groups outside these times may also be available. Please email the Club, using the email button on the 'Contact Us' page if you have a group which would like to attend at a different time.

We ask for visitors' understanding if you attend and  the Club is closed due to the non  availability of our volunteers or the weather!
